Rick Cuéllar is an alumni of the University of the Incarnate Word where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Inter-American Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations. He also completed specialized studies in television and film production at San Antonio College.  His corporate experience includes being Vice President of New Business Development for Omega Group International and twelve years of service for AT&T where he became a consultant for customer service and call center development.  As a consultant he has worked with Telefonica de Argentina, Alestra, and Shandong Province Electric Company in Mexico, Peoples Republic of China and Argentina. As a creative and visionary behind eme CyberVision Studios, Mr. Cuéllar is assuring his commitment to deliver productions of high quality and value entertainment for both English- and Spanish-language audiences is accomplished. While delivering a slate of series that feature a bilingual cast, Cuéllar will remain true to the inherent elements that attract and retain audiences – compelling stories, strong characters and fascinating relationships.

Chief Operations Officer

Senator Carlos I. Uresti is an alumni of St. Mary's University School of Law and maintains a private legal practice in San Antonio. Senator Uresti served in the House for nine years and is currently serving in the State Senate since 1997. He is a Senior Vice President of United Title. As a member of the Texas House, Senator Uresti has  worked diligently on economic development including the Toyota plant, Brooks City-Base, and the Texas A&M campus in South San Antonio and is now working to develop eme CyberVision Studios which is planned to create over 3000 full time jobs in the entertainment industry.

Chief International Affairs Officer

Mauricio Zepeda Carranza is an alumni of the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX where he majored in Business Administration and Inter-American Commerce.  He also completed specialized studies at Trinity.  He is a founding partner of Asesores y Consultores ZCT, S.C., and Tron y Petricceioli, S.C. in México City and Cancún, Q. Roo, providing tax, accounting, financial, and corporate advisory services.  Mr. Zepeda Carranza has worked with clients throughout the United States, Mexico, and Europe as a trusted advisor regarding international venture capital and private equity investments; joint ventures; business acquisitions; real estate acquisition and development; government advocacy and public relations work and general business development.  He has overseen the drafting of business plans and been involved with import-export transactions, customs, taxes, real estate, manufacturing, marketing research, public relations, construction, banking, and aviation matters.

Roy Steinberg is a producer and member of the directing team at NBC’s “Days of Our Lives.”  His credits include CBS’s “Guiding Light,” ABC’s “One Life to Live,” and a pilot for Bravo called “Scandalous Art” with Maury Povitch.
